Adrian Sheers is a French American visual artist based in Brooklyn, New York. His work explores prismatic aspects of life and its greater connection to beauty, travel and experience.

Sheers graduated from the Florence, Italy campus of Marist College and the Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history and studio arts. Sheers also attended the 2022 Marist Venice Biennale Program, an intensive studio arts curriculum oriented around the Venice Biennale as well as the Tuscan arts sphere. Influenced by Pico della Mirandola’s Oration on the Dignity of Man, and a personal relationship to nature, Sheers has adopted a multidisciplinary approach to art and image-making for a spiritually and socially significant purpose.

His works include the mixed media installations Gold Inside (2021), Building Home (2022), as well as the dance performance Untitled Duet (2019), a collaboration with choreographer Giacomo Quarta.

In 2021, Sheers was invited by the Italian national broadcasting company RaiTV to represent the Florence student community and speak to the experience of living with Covid-19 as seen in his black and white photography series Firenze Pandemia (2021).
